Vindice covers the full industrial development range:

  • (re)zoning to industrial proper use
  • design and permitting of construction and infrastructure
  • assistance with implementing the new building in pre-construction & construction phases
  • handover and Land Book registration of the estate
Additionally, we provide technically related sevices for industrial properties including brownfield refurbishment and conversion, technical issues solving and advisory.
